Diet soup to lose weight

The soup diet is a diet low protein and low in carbohydrates, which aims at a fast and effective weight loss. The soup is the main course of diet that can be eaten in quantity free, anytime of the day. From the fourth to sixth day of the diet are introduced proteins (through unique dishes of red meat, chicken, game, perhaps accompanied by side dishes of vegetables) so it is important to drink 2 liters of water to eliminate toxins from animal fats.

The soup is expected in the first and last day of the diet, both lunch and dinner, while other days may be worn only once.

The diet can be followed for 3 or 4 consecutive weeks at most, and may be repeated, if necessary, at a distance of 3 months. To the diet real follows a maintenance phase, divided into three periods. In the first phase is consumed in particular fruit and vegetables; in the second assume a greater amount of protein and finally in the third phase will reintroduce carbohydrates.

Alcohol is banned (high sugar), calorie carbonated soft drinks, butter and margarine and fatty condiments such as ketchup and mayonnaise. The extra virgin olive oil, however, can be used by the fourth day of dieting, having the foresight to utilize up to 2 teaspoons a day.

To sweeten you can use stevia, low-calorie sugar substitute.

A recommendation then: in the early days of the diet, those in which you take a few proteins, they also lose muscle in addition to fat. It 'so good to exercise, even moderate, to compensate for the loss of muscle.
