If you want to lose weight fast and the most effective way, believe it or not lifting weights will also promote fat-loss. The thing with aerobic exercises is that you only burn the most calories while you're exercising. Weight-lifting on the other hand...Not only will you build lean muscle and burn calories during your workout, you'll continue to burn fat and calories hours and hours after your workout.

Follow these easy and simple steps, and you'll be on your way to losing weight. Before you start any diet or exercise program, you should check with your doctor first to see if it's ok.
